Tracey has over 25 years Operational Leadership experience in financial services. She has been instrumental in building and managing large teams with fast moving and ever-changing environments, working across multiple sites and demonstrating an ability to lead a virtual centre. Tracey has excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence change. Over the past 5 years she has chosen to share her knowledge and experience as a Learning and Development consultant, working with a range of clients to help them remove barriers and achieve their goals, whilst owning and running a successful business.
Amy Watts
Amy is an experienced business owner and consultant with a passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed. She has strong leadership skills and the ability to spot problem areas and put procedures in place to achieve company and individual goals. A positive, passionate and highly motivated person that thrives on working with people to achieve their objectives. Amy is experienced at working within large corporate organisations with a proven track record of being able to successfully navigate the political landscape, moving barriers to the side to get things done. Commercially savvy and able to see a route through problems to solutions and a huge passion for customer service.
Emma Bradbury
Emma is an HR Learning and Development specialist with over 25 years experience in face to face and virtual training design and delivery. Whilst working for a large financial services organisation, she was responsible for building and maintaining the Management Development solutions, working with a range of external suppliers. More recently she has worked as an HR Business Partner, supporting the business in the delivery of their people strategy for the whole of the employee life cycle to include recruitment, development, talent strategy and succession planning, performance and absence management and organisational design. Emma has a talent for working out what is going on and what to do about it.
